Timmy’s science fiction comics go to his head when he is kidnapped by two manic dustmen. With Killinaskully gearing up for the annual motor rally, Sgt. Dick’s secret potion should give Dan and his crew the edge, but it’s a good bet that the Bally Boys are hiding something under the bonnet.
